摘要
采用可编程序控制器(PLC)对双面铣床传统的继电器-接触器电气控制系统进行改造,给出了双面铣床PLC电气控制系统的设计梯形图、输入输出接线图.PLC的应用不但大大地提高了双面铣床电气控制系统的可靠性和抗干扰能力,而且大大地简化和减少了维修维护的工作量.

Abstract
Uses programmable controller (PLC) to make the transformation to the two-sided milling machine tradition relay - contact device electric control system, not only gave the two-sided milling machine PLC electric control system‘s design trapezoidal chart, the input output wiring diagram .PLC application to enhance the two-sided milling machine electric control system’s reliability and antijamming ability greatly, moreover simplified and reduced the service maintenance work load greatly.
