基于PLC的物料分拣系统实验开发

摘 要

传统的西门子PLC实验教学一直采用S7-200系列的PLC,但是工业控制多采用S7-300系列PLC,而S7-200和S7-300这两个系列的PLC从工作原理到编程开发都有所不同,这样对学生以后的在PLC技术上的发展相当不利。因此本设计以S7-300系列PLC为控制核心,利用实验室的设备,结合气动技术、传感技术等技术,完成物料分拣系统,实现对材料的分拣,并在此基础上开发实验,旨在让学生在实验室中就能接触到S7-300系列的PLC,能独立完成物料分拣系统的设计,了解基于S7-300系列的PLC控制系统的设计方法,为以后的发展打下一定的基础。

Abstract

Siemens PLC traditional experimental teaching has been using a S7-200 series PLC, industrial control, however the use of S7-300 series PLC, while the S7-200 and S7-300 series of PLC both from the working principle of the development of both the programming different, so that the students in the PLC after the development of technically significant disadvantage. Therefore design to the S7-300 series PLC to control the core, the use of laboratory equipment, combined with pneumatic technology, sensor technology, such as technology, completion of material sorting system for sorting the material, and on this basis the development of experimental designed to allow students in the lab will be able to access to the S7-300 series PLC, the independent material sorting system to complete the design, understanding based on the S7-300 series of PLC control system design methodology, for future development to lay a certain basis.
