基于PLC的智能车库门控系统的设计

摘要

本文提出一种运用可编程控制器(PLC)对住宅小区停车场汽车进出及停放指示进行管理的方案,此方案大大提高了设计效率,维护周期短且调试方便,成本较低。同时更令我们的车库门增添了不少高贵典雅的气息。可编程控制器(PLC)在继电器的控制和计算机控制的基础上开发出来的,是一种应用于工业生产过程控制,具有实时数字化处理能力的硬件设备,为工业自动化提供高可靠性的自动控制装置。

由于门控系统的适用性、可编程控制器(PLC)的优越性,为此我设计自动控制装置,它靠车辆检测器自动检测有无车辆通过,具有安装维护简单、方便可靠、节能和安全等多种特性。

Abstract

This article proposed that one kind utilizes programmable controller (PLC) to pass in and out to the residential district parking lot automobile and to park the instruction to carry on the management the plan, this plan raised the rated capacity greatly, maintains the cycle to be short, and debugs conveniently, the cost is low. Simultaneously made our garage gate to increase many noble elegant breath. The programmable controller (PLC) develops in relay‘s control and in computer control’s foundation, is one kind applies in the industrial production process control, has the real-time digitization handling ability hardware equipment, provides the redundant reliable for the industrial automation automatic control device. As a result of gating system’s serviceability, programmable controller (PLC) the superiority, I design the automatic control device for this reason, whether there does it pass depending on the vehicles detector automatic detection vehicles, has installs the maintenance simple, convenient reliable, the energy conservation and the security and so on many kinds of characteristics.
