电梯门机控制系统设计

[摘要] 在科学技术迅速发展,人民生活水平日益提高的今天,电梯在日常生活中已占有越来越重要的地位,对电梯也提出了更高的要求。作为电梯系统的关键部件,电梯门机控制系统的重要性不言而喻。由于现行门机控制系统存在着或这或那的问题,所以设计一种控制方法较为简单、调速性能好、实时处理能力强的门机调速系统有着重要的现实意义,这也正是本课题设计的任务。

和其它电动机相比,无刷直流电动机(BLDCM)既具有交流电动机的结构简单、运行可靠、维护方便等一系列优点,又具有直流电动机的运行效率高、无励磁损耗以及调速性好等诸多特点,其控制简单且没有普通直流电动机的换向器,所以本设计选用该型电机作为系统的执行机构。

本文首先从BLDCM的结构出发,介绍了其工作原理,并从理论上给出了BLDCM在电梯换相过程中转矩脉动存在的必然性,然后又以控制系统整体的角度,介绍了BLDCM的DSP控制策略。紧接着利用MATLAB/Simulink对BLDCM的运行特性和系统整体性能进行了仿真研究。后为实验结果与总结。

采用TI公司的数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor)TMS320LF2407芯片作为系统的处理器,它将高性能的DSP内核和丰富的微控器外设功能集于一身,为控制系统应用提供了一个理想的解决方案,简化了系统的设计,同时,提高了控制器的实时处理能力和调速性能,增强了系统的可靠性和集成度,功能更为完善。

The system of Elevator Door Control

[Abstract] In the modern society,electric elevator has been increasingly taking an enormous role in our daily life,meanwhile,much higher requirements for elevator performance are needed。As an important part of the elevator door control systems still have many problems.Accordingly,the purpose of this paper is to design and develop a motor drive system for elevator door to satisfy requirements of easy control,good drive performance,high torque-to-weight ratio and high real-time processing performance.

Compared with other kinds of motors, BLDCM has simpler configuration and easier maintenance and runs more reliably like such AC motors. Also, it can be controlled easily, has good drive performance and runs efficiently without any excitation loss like DC motors but has not any commentator。 Based on these characteristics, BLDCM is selected as the drive unit in this paper.

Firstly, discussion focuses on configuration of BLDCM, and its running principles as well as necessary existence of torque ripple when current commutes. Then, introduction on BLDCM control strategy based on DSP prepares hardware design goes to main control circuit, user-machine interface circuit, drive circuit, and peripheral interface circuits. motor control and exception handles. Finally, this paper offers experiments and analysis.

IT’s DSP-TMS320LF2407 is used as the processor of this paper concretely describes DSP core and abundant peripheral equipments so it can provide ideal solutions for control systems, simplify the process of system design, improve the real-time performance and drive performance of the controller, and improve reliability and integration of the system.
