电加热器温控设计

摘 要

温度对于生活如此重要,因此设计一个具有高可靠性,灵活性,方便性的温度控制系统是很有必要的。

本课题介绍了以STC89C52RC单片机为核心的温度控制系统的工作原理和设计方法。温度信号由温度芯片DS18B20采集,并以数字信号的方式传送给单片机。文中介绍了该控制系统的硬件部分,包括:温度检测电路、温度控制电路、温度显示电路和一些接口电路 。单片机通过对信号进行相应处理,从而实现温度控制的目的。文中还以图文并茂的方式着重介绍了各部分的电路组成和软件设计部分,在这里采用模块化结构,主要模块有:主程序、数码管显示子程序、键盘扫描及按键处理子程序、温度设定子程序、以及有关DS1820的程序。

该系统能够实现实时环境温度的测量并显示在数码管上,通过开关切换显示当前温度和设定温度,调节温度高低,当温度低于设定温度时LED1亮,高于设定温度时LED2亮,同时开关继电器实现对加热器的温度控制。

Abstract

Temperature is so important for life, so designing a high reliability, flexibility, ease of temperature control system is necessary. This issue introduces to STC89C52RC MCU as the core principle of temperature control systems and design methods. Temperature signal from the temperature of chip DS18B20 acquisition, and digital signals transmitted to the microcontroller. In this paper, the control system hardware, including: temperature sensing circuit, temperature control circuit, the temperature display circuit, and some interface circuits. SCM signals through the corresponding treatment in order to achieve temperature control. The paper also illustrated the way in order to highlight the various parts of the circuit and software design, where the modular structure, the main module: the main program, digital display subroutine, keyboard scanning and key processing subroutine, the temperature setting child procedures, and procedures for the DS1820. The system can realize real-time temperature measurement and display of digital control, through switch displays the current temperature and set temperature, adjust the temperature level, when the temperature is below the set temperature LED1 on, LED2 light above the set temperature while switching relays on the heater temperature control.
