浮尘含量检测系统的LabVIEW数据采集分析软件设计

摘 要

空气是人类赖以生存的环境因素,它直接参与人体的代谢和体温调节等生命过程,因此大气污染势必危害人体健康。浮尘含量就是检测大气污染的一个重要指标。大于10微米的颗粒物,几乎都可被鼻腔和咽喉所捕获,不易进入肺泡。但就目前空气中多数是对人体危害大的10微米以下的颗粒物,它能长驱直入眼、鼻、喉、皮肤等器官和组织,并经过呼吸道沉积于肺泡。肺内尘粒一旦超过肺本身的清除能力,就会沉积于胸腔内,导致肺及胸膜的病变,引起支气管炎、肺炎、肺气肿等疾病。随着人们健康意识的提高,浮尘含量也进入了气象预报的播报范围。

洁净度级别是衡量洁净室的标准,评价洁净度级别的常用工具为尘埃粒子检测仪,它可以实时监测空气的洁净度。尘埃粒子检测仪以粒子散射信号的绝对强度来分辨粒径大小,故数据采集分析软件是重要的一部分。

LabVIEW是一款优秀的虚拟仪器软件开发平台。LabVIEW以其直观、简便的编程方式,众多的源码级设备驱动程序,多种多样的分析和表达支持功能,可为用户快捷地构建实际生产中所需要的仪器系统创造有力的基础条件。其中数据采集与仪器控制是LabVIEW具竞争力的核心技术。

AbstractAir is the environmental factors of human survival, it is directly involved in human metabolism and body temperature regulation, and the life course, so air pollution is bound to harm human health. Detection of atmospheric dust content is an important indicator of pollution. Particles larger than 10 microns, almost nose and throat can be captured, not easy to enter the alveoli. However, most of the air current on the human body the most damaging particles 10 microns or less, it can run its eyes, nose, throat, skin and other organs and tissues, and through the respiratory tract deposition in the alveoli. Once the lungs of dust particles over the lung itself scavenging, it will deposit in the chest, causing pulmonary and pleural lesions, causing bronchitis, pneumonia, emphysema and other diseases. With the people’s health awareness, dust content of the broadcast into a range of weather forecasting. Cleanliness level is a measure of clean room standards, cleanliness level of the common evaluation tool for the dust particle detector, it can be real-time monitoring of air cleanliness. Dust particle detector to the absolute scattering intensity of the signal to distinguish the particlesize, so data acquisition and analysis software is an important part. LabVIEW is a good virtual instrument software development platform. LabVIEW for its intuitive, simple way of programming, many source-level device drivers, a variety of analysis and expression of support functions for users to quickly build the actual production of equipment needed to create a strong foundation for the system conditions. Including data acquisition and instrument control is the most competitive core technology LabVIEW.
