内容摘要：隐性采访不仅能真实地采访到用公开方式难以获得的新闻素材，将社会丑恶现象曝光，而且能最大限度地满足公众知悉社会真实情况的需要，充分发挥新闻的舆论监督功能。然而新闻报道的合法性不仅要求内容的合法，同时也要求形式的合法。隐性采访作为一种有效的采访手段，为越来越多的新闻媒体所采用，随着隐性采访的增加，新闻纠纷与新闻诉讼也随之增多，有的记者或因运用不当、或因滥用隐性采访而带来了许多新闻侵权问题的发生。因此，在隐性采访中必须规避新闻侵权问题。

Abstract：recessive Interview Call not only obtain news source materials which are difficult to get in public pattern．expose social repulsive phenomenon -but also satisfy the needs of public knowing the social true situation with the largest limitation ．develop the function of public opinions abundantly．Legitimate news report requires both the legitimate content and legitimate forms．Recessive interview，as an effective way to interview，has been adopted by many news media，with the increase of recessive interview-news dispute and news lawsuit are increasing too some reporters are sued to the court by using unsuitable methods or abusing covert intervieand brings about many issues about news right infringement as wel1．It must avoid the news fight infringement in recessive interview.
