摘 要:本设计为年产10万吨涂布白纸板制浆造纸综合工厂设计。设计重点为:日产130吨芯浆生产线工艺设计。本设计以废纸为主要原料,经过碎解、筛选、洗涤、净化等工序,制备满足抄造涂布白纸板要求的芯浆。设计内容主要包括以下四部分:第一部分包括以下内容:工程设计的背景、工程设计的必要性和需求预测与设计规模;第二部分包括以下内容:芯浆工艺流程的确定,工艺参数的选定,浆水平衡计算,在此基础上进行设备选型,最后进行平面布置设计,按要求绘制若干张图纸。第三部分包括以下内容:全厂生产车间组成和车间生产综合叙述;第四部分主要包括一些辅助工程的设计:厂房建筑与结构、给水与排水、动力、自控与仪表和环境保护与综合利用以及劳动安全卫生等。

Abstract: The design for the annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of Coated White Board integrated pulp and paper plant design. Design as follows: 130 t/d core pulp production line process design. The design for the main raw material for paper, after breaking solution, screening, washing, purification processes, preparation of copy-made to meet the requirements of coated white board core slurry. Design includes the following four parts: the first part include the following: the context of engineering design, engineering and demand forecasting the need for scale and design; the second part includes the following: the determination of core plasma process, the selection of process parameters , serofluid balance calculation, in this based on equipment selection, layout of the final design, drawn by the requirements of a number of Zhang drawings. The third part includes the following: the composition of the whole plant production and the production of a synthesis of the workshop; fourth part mainly includes the design of ancillary works: the construction and structure of plant, water supply and drainage, power, control and instrumentation and environmental protection and comprehensive utilization of and labor safety and health.
