2万吨天污水处理厂(SBR工艺)设计

摘 要

本次毕业设计为某城镇污水处理厂,拟建规模为20000t/d.设计的主要内容包括污水处理工艺设计、总图布置和各构筑物单体设计。根据设计要求,在降低生活污水BOD、COD、SS的同时还要进行脱氮除磷处理,为此工程选用SBR工艺处理,使出水达到一级A排放标准。该工艺流程简单,投资运行费用省,运行灵活,管理方便。主要的处理构筑物有平流沉砂池、SBR反应池、污泥浓缩池等。最后,根据计算书绘制总平面图、高程图、单体平面图及剖面图等。

Abstract

The graduation project is for a municipal wastewater treatment plant, the proposed size is about 20000 tons per day. The contents of the project contain sewage treatment process, general diagram and construction works. Process requires not only reduce the BOD, COD, SS but also lower N elements concentration, so we choice the SBR process to make the outlet meet the first order A standard. This process flow is very easy, cost is small, operation and management is convenient. The main structures are stratospheric grit removal tank, SBR reactor,sludge thickening pool and so on.At last, we draw the general site plan, ground level, construction works layout and section according to the calculation sheet.
