城市触媒在规划建设中的作用—以杭州湾大桥项目为例

—Take Hangzhou Bay Bridge Project As an Example
【摘 要】城市的发展演变是在各种“触媒”的作用下得以发生。触媒作用主要表现为新元素改善了其周围的元素；触媒可以提升现存城市元素的价值或做有利的转换。每个触媒反应的目标是造就一个超出单个元素总和的反应、一个将城市想象为整体而非孤立片段的总和。本文采用了理论研究与实例分析相结合的方法，选取杭州湾大桥建设对宁波城市的经济发展、交通体系、空间结构等方面的影响进行研究，引入“城市触媒”理论来说明相对独立的城市开发项目对城市整体结构未来发展的影响，目的是使城市设计师和城市开发的决策者们自觉地思考单项城市建设工程及其实施策略对其周边环境产生的影响潜力，从中积极地和最大限度地利用优势因素，促进城市环境质量的整体提高。

【Abstract】 The urban development is under the effect of various of “catalyst”. The main effect of catalyst is that the new elements improve its surrounding elements; catalyst can enhance the value of existing urban elements or do the favourable conversion. The goal of each catalyst reaction is to create a reaction beyond the sum of individual elements’reaction and imagine a city as a whole rather than the sum of isolated fragments. This paper adopts a method combine of theoretical researchs and analysis of examples,and select the effect of the Hangzhou Bay Bridge construction on Ningbo city’s economic development, transportation systems, space structures, and other aspects to research, introduce the "urban catalyst" theory to explain the relatively independent urban development Projects on the overall structure of the future urban development.The aim is to enable the town planners and urban development policy-makers to be consciously thinking of the potential impact of individual urban construction projects and their implementation strategy on its surrounding environment, which could maximize the use of Advantages and promote the whole quality improvement of the urban environment.
