一、项目概况

本项目位于瑞安市瑞详新区内中心地带。瑞祥新区居城市中心区北部，南与城市中心—安阳新区毗邻，西、北部为山体，东、南边界为规划中的城市主要景观性道路—瑞祥大道。地块内地势平坦，以农田、菜地为主。南端的三府庙，现为当地的老人活动中心。地块西、北环山，植被较好。水系发达，水质较清澈，中部主干河道水位高，河床宽，具备了建设山水型生态社区的先天条件。本项目用地面积约6.3公顷。绿地东侧罗阳大道道路中心线平均标高4.60米，河面常水位2.5米，设计防洪水位4.0米。
