食品保鲜膜性能分析与正确选用

摘要:由于食品包装中有害物质残留过高,食品因此被污染而引起中毒的事件频频发生,给创建和谐社会带来诸多不利因素。

保鲜膜在家庭中逐渐普及,质优的保鲜膜不仅可以防止冰箱中各种菜肴串味、保持菜肴的新鲜度,同时在锁住美食营养上也有独到的一面。保鲜膜通常为聚乙烯膜,也称 PE保鲜膜。不同厂家生产的保鲜膜因生产工艺的区别、质量控制的不同而导致产品质量参差不齐。

本文从实验的角度,先对食品保鲜膜能参数做个系统的了解,然后根据器材做相关实验,着重研究了拉伸试验。在了解到国标以后进行对比,不仅检验该试样是否符合相关标准,而且对食品保鲜膜做个更彻底的了解和认识,为接下来更好的选用保鲜膜打好基础。

结合生活经验,把一些正确选用食品保鲜膜的方法和窍门介绍给大家,为大家生活中带来便利。

Abstract:As a lot of harmful substances in food packaging residues are so high that food was contaminated and caused by frequently occurrence of poisoning, which do harm for creating a harmonious society in many negative factors. Food wrapping paper plays a more and more important role in the general family. Preservation of high quality films can not only prevent a varise of dishes in the refrigerator remix to maintain the freshness of food, nutritional food at the same time lock on the one hand there are unique. Usually wrap polyethylene film, also known as PE cling film. Produced by different manufacturers wrap due to the difference between production processes, quality control of product quality caused by different variable. This article from the experimental point of view, the first food wrap can be a system understanding of the parameters, and then in accordance with the relevant equipment to do experiments, focusing on the tensile test. In the GB after that comparison, not only to examine the specimen with the relevant standards, but also to wrap food to be a more thorough understanding and knowledge, a better choice for the next wrap and lay a good foundation.

I introduce some correct way to choose the wrap food and know-how to use it combinating of life experience, in order to facilitate the life of everyone.
