减压蒸馏法提取洋葱油

摘 要:洋葱是我国栽培面积大、产量高的蔬菜之一,同时也是亚洲国家传统的药食两用植物,含有多种生理活性成分,在保健和预防、治疗慢性疾病等方面具有多种功效。含硫化合物是洋葱主要生理功效成分之一,主要存在于洋葱油中。但洋葱油在新鲜洋葱中的含量很少,大约只占鲜重的0.05%左右,日常饮食所摄入的洋葱量难以发挥出理想的生理功效,因此必须采取有效的提取手段,高效提取、富集洋葱油 (含硫化合物)。

本论文拟探讨一条适宜于工厂化生产的减压蒸馏提取洋葱油的工艺,以提高洋葱油的得率和质量。通过研究了不同温浸条件、真空度、蒸馏时间、萃取溶剂对洋葱油质量和得率的影响,提出了一条适宜工厂化生产的减压蒸馏提取洋葱油的工艺条件。实验结果如下:

实验得出了最佳的工艺参数:洋葱匀浆30℃,温浸3h,蒸馏真空度5~8kPa,萃取溶剂为二氯甲烷。这一工艺条件下所得的洋葱油质量好、得率高。

Abstract: Onion is one of the vegetable which is Chinese largest area of cultivation, and high yield. It is also the Edible plants for traditional medicines in Asian countries which contain a variety of physiological active ingredient. It is play an important part in health, prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. Sulfur compounds is one of the main physiological effective components, mainly in onion oil. However, fresh onions contain little onion oil, only about 0.05 percent of fresh weight. The onion which is by daily dietary intaken is hard to play a good physiological effect. it is necessary to take effective ways which are efficient to extraction onion oil (sulfur compounds).

This article is to be discussed at a factory for the production by decompressing distillation process to extract onion oil, in order to improve the yield and quality. The yield and quality are by studying the different conditions which are as follows: warmly immersed; vacuum distillation and extraction solvent The results are as follows:

Experiments show the best technical parameters: onion homogenate 30 ℃, warmly immersed 3 h, vacuum distillation of 5 ~ 8kPa, dichloromethane for solvent extraction. The onion oil which is obtained in this condition is of good quality and high yield.
