摘 要

变电站综合自动化系统是在变电站应用自动控制技术和信息处理与传输技术,通过计算机硬件系统或自动化装置代替人工进行各种运行作业,提高变电站运行、管理水平的一种自动化,通过变电站综合自动化系统内各设备间相互交换信息、数据共享,完成变电站运行监视和控制任务。变电站综合自动化系统是提高变电站安全稳定运行水平、降低运行维护成本、提高经济效益、向用户提供高质量电能的一项重要技术措施。功能的综合是其区别于常规变电站的大特点,它以计算机技术为基础, 以数据通讯为手段,以信息共享为目标,通过将变电站原有的保护、仪表、中央信号、远动装置等二次系统及功能重新组合、互联和计算机化,集变电站保护、测量、监视和远方控制于一体,完全替代了变电站常规二次设备,简化了变电站二次接线。变电站综合自动化具有以下优越性:(1)提高供电质量,提高电压合格率。(2)提高变电站的安全、可靠运行水平。(3)提高电力系统的运行、管理水平。(4)缩小变电站占地面积,降低造价,减少总投资。(5)减少维护工作量,减少值班员劳动,实现减人增效。

Abstract

Substation integrated automation system in substation application automatic control and information processing and transmission technology, through the computer hardware system instead of manual or automatic device of operation, improve the management level of substation operation, through automation, substation automation system devices in the mutual exchange of information, data sharing, the completion of substation operation monitoring and control task. Substation integrated automation system is to improve the level of safe and stable operation, reduce operation and maintenance costs, improve economic efficiency to provide users with high-quality power is an important technical measure. Function integrated is its biggest characteristics is different from conventional substation, it is based on computer technology, In data communications as a means, to information sharing as the goal, through the transformer substation the original protection, instrumentation, central signal, remote devices such as the two times system and function of recombined, Internet and computer, set of substation protection, measurement, monitoring and remote control in one, completely replace the conventional substation two equipment, simplifying the the two wiring of transformer substation. Integrated substation automation system has the following advantages: (1) improve the quality of power supply, improve the voltage qualification rate. (2) the improvement of safety, reliable operation level. (3) improve the operation of power system, the management level. (4) narrowing of substation area, reduce cost, reduce the total investment.(5) reduce the maintenance workload, reduce the attendant labor, implementation decreases person synergism.
