高频高压脉冲电源的研制

摘要

高频高压电源广泛应用于原油电脱水、材料改性、金属冶炼、环境保护、大功率激光和微波等应用领域,传统高压电源采用的工频电源和L C 谐振方式 ,虽然电路简单 ,但其体积和重量大 ,低频工作状态以及纹波、稳定性均不能令人满意。电力电子学的飞速发展和开关电源的采用,使电源高频化成为趋势,且在国外已有快速发展 ,国内现仍以工频高压电源为主 ,高频高压电源还不成熟,为此,有必要开展高频高压大功率开关电源的研制。

本文主要介绍了IGB T的应用电路 ,和当发生击穿放电时 IGB T 过电流的限制及其保护电路,实现高频高压脉冲电源的整体设计。

开关是脉冲功率设备中的关键部件,脉冲功率设备的性能受开关性能的制约,如工作电压、峰值 电流、工作频率的、寿命等。目前在高频高压脉冲电源充电系统中,半导体开关器件的过流和过压问题严重影响了整个电源系统的效率和稳定性。

Abstract

The highvoltage supply widely applies in application domains and so on crude oil electric dehydration, material modification, metal smelting, environmental protection, high efficiency laser and microwave, the power frequency power source which and L the tradition high-voltage power supply uses the C resonance way, although the electric circuit is simple, but its volume and the weight are big, the low frequency active status as well as the ripple, the stability cannot be satisfying. The electric power electronics‘s swift development and switching power supply’s use, causes the power source high frequency to turn into for the tendency, and in overseas had the fast development, domestic now as before by power frequency high-voltage power supply primarily, the highvoltage supply is not mature, for this reason, it is necessary to carry out the high frequency high-pressured high efficiency switching power supply‘s development. This article mainly introduced the IGB T application electric circuit, with, when has the disruptive discharge IGB the T electric current’s limit and the protection circuit, realize the high frequency high-pressured pulse power source‘s overall design. The switch is in the pulse power equipment’s key component, the pulse power equipment‘s performance the switch performance restriction, like working voltage, summit current, operating frequency, life and so on. At present in the high frequency high-pressured pulse power source charge system, the semiconductor switch component’s overflow and has pressed the question serious influence entire electrical power system’s efficiency and the stability.
