基于单片机的饮水机温度控制系统设计

摘 要

随着电子技术飞速发展,人们的生活得到了根本的改变。微型计算机的出现使现代科学研究得到质的飞跃,而单片机的出现更是给现代工业控制以及日常生活带来了极大的方便,正是电子技术的发展提高了工业生产以及人们的生活水平。在能源日益紧张的今天,电热水器、饮水机、电饭煲之类的家用电器在保温时,由于其简单的温控系统,应用极其广泛。

本课题研究的是《基于单片机的饮水机温度控制系统设计》。利用89C51单片机为核心,配合温度传感器、信号处理电路、显示电路、输出控制电路等组成,软件选用汇编语言编程。单片机可将温度传感器检测到的水温模拟量转换成数字量,显示于LED显示器上。该系统灵活性强,易于操作,可靠性高,将会有更广阔的开发前景。

Abstract

Along with electronic technology swift development, people‘s life obtained the radical change. Microcomputer’s appearance enables the modern science research to obtain the qualitative leap, but monolithic integrated circuit‘s appearance has brought enormous convenient for the modern industry control as well as the daily life, was precisely the electronic technology development enhanced the industrial production as well as people’s living standard. In energy day by day anxious today, electric boiler, water dispenser, electric cooking pot and so on domestic electric appliances when heat preservation, because its simple controls the system warm, the application is extremely widespread.

What this topic research is "based on Monolithic integrated circuit’s Water dispenser Temperature control system Design". Using the 89C51 monolithic integrated circuit is the core, the coordination temperature sensor, the signal processing electric circuit, the display circuit, compositions and so on output control electric circuit, the software selects the assembly language programming. The monolithic integrated circuit may the water temperature simulation quantity which examines the temperature sensor transform the digital quantity, demonstrates on the LED monitor. This system flexible, the simplify operation, the reliability to be high, will have the broader development prospect.
