注塑机操作规范与成型工艺设计

摘 要

塑料制品广泛用于机械配件、仪表工业、消费电子类产品、建筑、文教、农业、医疗卫生及日常生活等各个领域。目前各个行业对塑料制品的质量要求越来越高,这就要求生产过程控制越来越精确。作为操作者,我们必须对注塑机的操作规程有足够的认识,并逐一掌握,确保能准确的运行机器,并保证人身安全。

在经过对操作规程的充分学习之后,我们还要了解各种注塑机的分类以及特点,方便今后对生产不同产品所需的机器进行辨认区分。成型工艺是另一项重要的课目,要想产品的质量高,精度准确,就必须搞清楚机器是怎么运行的,各个部件是怎么协同合作的。作为主要的生产成品的机器,越是熟悉其成型原理,越能操作好它,越能生产出令人满意的产品。另外,我们还要学会对造成塑件缺陷原因进行识别,准确的找到根源并能迅速的解决问题。

所以,本文就注塑机的操作规程、成型工艺进行了重点分析,并对塑机分类以及塑件缺陷原因进行相关的学习。

Abstract

Plastic products widely used in machinery parts, industrial instrumentation, consumer electronics products, construction, culture, education, agriculture, health and daily life, and other fields. Present in all sectors of the quality of plastic products have become increasingly demanding, requiring more and more precise process control. As operator, we have the operational procedures of the injection molding machine to have sufficient knowledge and grasp one by one, to ensure accurate operation of the machine, and to ensure personal safety. After a full study on the operational procedures, we also understand the classification of the various features of injection molding machines, to facilitate the future production of the machines required for different products to identify the distinction. Molding process is another important subjects, to products of high quality, precision and accurate, we must figure out how the machine is running, how the various parts of synergy. The production of finished products as the main machine, the more familiar with the shape theory, the more good it can operate, the more it can produce a satisfactory product. In addition, we have to learn the reasons which caused the plastic parts to identify defects and accurate and can quickly find the root causes of problems. Therefore, this operation rules on the injection molding machine, molding process was analyzed, and classification as well as plastic parts presses associated defects of learning.
