基于IMAQ的弯管角度测量系统的研制

摘要

弯管机冷弯管子是管子弯曲成形的主要加工方法。随着社会的发展与技术进步,船舶,汽车,锅炉的行业对弯曲的数量及弯曲成形精度与质量提出了越来越高的要求。特别是传播制造业,为满足建造出口船舶的需要,需要的弯管数量大,品种多,质量较高,弯管加工已成为影响其建造周期的重要因素之一。针对船舶制造业的这一生产需要,本文运用弹塑性弯曲理论计算机测试技术等开发一种在线的非接触式测量,以达到后管子成形高精度的需求,并大大缩短弯管加工周期,满足船舶制造业的需求。全文分为以下三章

综述基于弯管机弯角测量技术的研究现状,阐述课题研究内容、目的和选题意义。

规划基于Labview和IMAQ的弯管弯角检测系统的设计的总体结构方案,分别从硬件和软件方面详细描述相关理论框架,并用相关的实验和仿真研究加以验证。

针对系统的测量结果进行误差分析,后进行总结。

Abstract

Cool bending tube useing pipe is the main method of tube forming.As the Development of society and technology,the more and more demand on bent-tube’s Quantity and quality is proposed by many industries such as shipbuilding,automobile and heating. Especially in shipbuilding ,a lot of different kinds and high quality bent-tube are required for foreign ship.Tube processing has been a main factor on delivery time .In order to meet the demand,this article made a further,detail Study on the forming and measuring technology of bent-tube .to exploit an online non-contact measurement,that meet the processing needs of high-precision,and greatly shorten the production cycle.The dissertation consists of three chapters:

In chapter 1: Review bending machine angle measurement based on the technology of the angle measurement technique,and and elaborate Research on the content, purpose and topics of significance.

In chapter 2:Planning the program based on the bend angle detection system design the overall structure of Labview and IMAQ,and detailed describe the relevant theoretical framework from hardware and software and test and verify it by a lot of Authentication and Simulation.

In chapter 3:do the final summary by analysing error analysis of the system of measurement results
