基于TQ5121的无线数据接收器电路设计

摘要

TQ5121 3V RF 芯片被设计为多孔带的TAMD的应用。TQ5121芯片的内部有一个

LNA和混频器组成的电路能够处理800 MHz的多孔带。中频的范围从70到140 MH

并且有与大多端口相匹配的输入阻抗50 W使外部电路得到了很大的简化。

混频使用一个高边带LO频率,RF的匹配内阻为50欧,大大的简化了设计以

保留了外围电路的极小植,达到了良好的RF低功耗的工作条件.能够长时间的维持手提式设备的稳定,结合了QSOP-16小封装的特点,是多孔带电子设备的理想器件.

Abstract

The TQ5121 3V RFIC Down converter is designed specifically for cellular band TDMA applications. The TQ5121 contains a LNA+Mixer circuit to handle the 800 MHz cellular band. The IF frequency range covers 70 to 140 MHz with most of the ports internally matched to 50 simplifying the design and keeping the number of external components to a minimum.

The mixer uses a high-side LO frequency, with the IF covering a range of 70 to 140MHz. Most RF ports are internally matched to 50 W, greatly simplifying the design and keeping the number of external components to a minimum. The TQ5121achieves good RF performance with low current consumption, supporting longstandby times in portable applications. Coupled with the very small QSOP-16package, the part is ideally suited for Cellular band mobile phones.
