论现代企业员工培训的有效性
摘 要
企业员工培训的有效性是实现员工培训目标和企业战略的前提，在实施企业员工培训的过程中，要注重员工培训计划的战略性、培训内容的全面性、培训方法的多样性和培训结果的运用性，完善培训过程中的各个环节，提高员工培训的有效性。
关键词：员工培训；有效性；培训内容；方法
Abstract
The efficacy of employee training is the premise to attain employee training goal and the corporation strategy.In course of the employee training,we should pay attention to the strategy of employee training plans,the comprehensive of training contents,the variety of training methods,and the usefulness of training results.And perfect every aspect in order to improve the efficacy of employee training.
