木霉菌对节瓜枯萎病的生物防治作用

摘 要

将从土壤中分离出来的8株木霉菌(Trichodema spp.),与节瓜枯萎病原菌进行对峙培养,筛选出拮抗节瓜枯萎病菌镰刀菌的优良木霉菌T04-004菌株,该菌株对节瓜枯萎病菌的抑制率达90%以上。对生防菌木霉菌T04-004进行生物学特性测定,结果表明,在Richard培养液中,T04-004菌株孢子萌发需要一定的营养,其中以PD培养液最好,并且在PDA培养基上菌丝生长最好,产孢量最大。T04-004菌株孢子萌发,菌丝生长和产孢的温度范围为15℃~40℃;T04-004菌株孢子萌发,菌丝生长和产孢的pH值范围为2~10;光照对菌丝的生长影响不显著,但对产孢量的影响较大。

Biological control Effect of Trichodema on Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.benincasae

Abstract: 8 Trichodema were collated from the soil, carries on confronts the Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.benineasae, screens the fine Trichodema T04-004 that oppresses Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.benineasae, This strain to the Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.benineasae ’s suppression rate achieved above 90%. The biological characterizations of Trichoderma viride T04-004 were screened and identified. The results illustrated that the spore germination of T04-004 strain needs certain nutrition, and the PD nutrient fluid is the best. The strain T04-004 grows well in the PDA culture medium, including the hypha and spore production. The temperature range of spore sprouts, hypha growth and spore production is 15℃~40℃, and the range of pH-value is 2~10. The illumination is not remarkable influence to hypha growth, but significantly affect on the spore production.
