SBR法处理啤酒废水试验研究

摘要:本论文分析了啤酒废水的来源、水质及水量等特征,并对目前己有的啤酒废水处理方法进行了比较与探讨。在英博双鹿集团啤酒废水处理情况调查基础上,针对啤酒废水可生化性强、浓度高等特点,本文选择间歇式活性污泥 (简称SBR)处理啤酒废水。实验结果说明SBR法具有总投资省,处理效果好,工艺简单,运行稳定,能耗少等特点,是处理啤酒废水的一条新途径。并对SBR处理啤酒废水的主要工艺参数进行了详细探讨。

Abstract: Firstly, the origin、water quality and quantity of beer wastewater were analyzed, then the methods of dealing with beer wastewater at present were compared and discussed. On the basis of investigating the treatment of Yingbo beer Group’s beer wastewater and according to the stronger bio-chemical and the higher density characteristics of beer wastewater, we choosed SBR to deal with the wastewater. The results of the experiment showed that SBR was a better method to deal with the beer wastewater, it had the characteristic of saving the total investment、easy management、and less energy cost. The technical parameters of SBR treating beer wastewater were also discussed.
