摘 要

近年来,由于我国煤炭市场供应紧张,部分燃煤电站存在实际燃用煤质偏离设计煤种较多且煤质较差,这严重地影响了锅炉运行的经济性和安全性。如何保证锅炉对实际煤种的适应性以及在运行中的高效稳定燃烧是现今关注的热点。锅炉的稳定燃烧是解决上述问题的关键措施之一,因此,论文主要研究了锅炉稳定燃烧的影响因素及改进措施。

论文首先研究的背景及研究现状,其次针对国内火电厂燃煤锅炉在安全经济稳定燃烧方面存在的明显不足,分析了影响锅炉安全经济稳定燃烧的主要原因。详细阐述了锅炉稳定燃烧的技术措施。最后以某锅炉燃烧为例,对锅炉稳定燃烧治理进行了案例分析,具体分析了存在的问题及改造措施。

Title:Factors affecting the stability of the combustion boiler and Measures

ABSTRACT

Recently, a number of power plants in China apply inferior coal deviatedfrom designed coal caused by tight supply of coal in the market whichtremendously affect the economy and safety of power plants. Therefore,efficient and stable combustion has become a research focus in the area ofcombustion technology, therefore, this paper mainly studies the boiler combustion stability affecting factors and improving measures.

Firstly, the paper studied the background and present situation of study, followed by the domestic thermal power plant coal-fired boiler in safety economic combustion stability are obviously insufficient, analyses the influence of boiler safety and economic combustion stability is the main reason. Expounds the technical measures of boiler combustion stability. Finally a case study on boiler combustion, boiler stable combustion management conducted a case study, analyzes the existing problems and improving measures.
