摘 要

我国泰公司50MW汽轮发电机组,安装使用CC50-8.83/.3.92/1.37型高压、单缸、冲动、双抽凝汽式蒸汽轮机为中国长江动力集团(武汉汽轮机厂)生产,配套哈尔滨锅炉厂制造的2台HG-130/9.8-L.YM20型循环流化床锅炉。机组采用DCS控制系统和新华DEH电液调节控制系统共同控制。该工程于2004年10月由武汉汽轮机厂负责安装,2005年10月徐州电力调整试验所负责机组整套启动调试,2005年12月机组试运行。

自安装运行以来截至本年度7月之前,一直存在着2#轴承和5#轴承振动超标现象,影响机组提升负荷且严重威胁机组的安全运行。为此,我们先后进行两次大修,对可能造成振动原因逐一分析验证,在此基础上我们逐渐摸索了文章中列举的种种现象和解决办法,并最终找到了解决问题的重要方法:重新加工靠背轮基准面和做转子动平衡试验等一系列措施,基本达到我们的预期目的。现将我公司机组在振动方面存在的问题及解决方法总结如下,为其它类似机组的调试、运行提供借鉴。

Title: Turbine Vibration Analysis and Treatment of

ABSTRACT

I Cathay Pacific’s 50MW Turbine Generator, Installation CC50-8.83/.3.92/1.37-type high-pressure, single-cylinder, impulsivity, double extraction condensing steam turbine for China Yangtze River Power Group (Wuhan Turbine Works) Production, Supporting Harbin Boiler Factory manufactured two sets HG-130/9.8-L.YM20 Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler. The project was in October 2004 from Wuhan Turbine Works is responsible for the installation, in October 2005 in Xuzhou testing is responsible for the power to adjust unit set to start debugging, in December 2005 unit test run.

Since the installation and operation in July this year has ended and until there is 2 # 5 # bearings bearings and the phenomenon of excessive vibration, impact loads and the serious threat to the unit to enhance the safe operation of generating units. To this end, we have conducted two major overhaul, the causes may result in vibration analysis and testing them one by one, on this basis, we have come to explore the various phenomena listed in the article and solutions, And eventually found an important method to solve the problem: Re-processing back wheel rotor balancing test datum and doing a series of measures, the basic achieve our desired objectives. Now my company units that exist in the vibration problems and solutions are summarized as follows, to other similar units of the commissioning and operation to provide reference.
