摘 要

制粉系统是火力发电厂最重要的系统之一,它的任务就是按照规定的煤粉精细度和水分制出锅炉所需要的煤粉,将其输送到炉膛,以保证锅炉稳定、经济运行.

磨煤机是制粉系统的关键设备,在国内发电厂中钢球磨煤机占各类磨煤机总量的60%以上. 钢球磨煤机的优点是运行可靠、维护简单、对煤种适应性强和检修费用低等;缺点是电耗高(耗电量约占厂用电量的25% ) 、运行复杂、噪音大、耗钢多、磨损,以及难以投入自动和优化运行.

中储式制粉系统不但制粉单耗高,而且还有自动化程度不高、控制品质差、优化方法单一等诸多缺点,因此其运行优化一直以来是设计和运行部门关心的问题。

邹平三电#3锅炉运行厂用电率一直偏高,据统计,其中制粉系统的厂用电量占锅炉总厂用电量的36.3%,因此,降低制粉系统耗电率对做好节能降耗工作具有重要意义,自投产以来#3炉制粉系统一直存在煤粉细度较小,制粉系统出力低,制粉时间长,制粉电流低,制粉电耗高,而且正常运行中以及停炉后粉仓温度高等情况,在高负荷下,磨煤机需要连续运行,致使粉仓温度偏高,严重影响电厂的安全以及经济性

本课题以邹平第三热电厂#3炉运行参数获取试验数据,提出了中储式制粉系统的运行优化方法,经过对参数验证,确认其可靠性和正确性,在此基础上,进行系统的优化即寻求制粉系统运行参数的最优值。

本文通过对邹平三电#3炉实际运行中所进行的实验以及运行改进措施进行较全面的概括和总结,指出仍然存在的问题和发展前景,以期对球磨机制粉系统的优化运行起到一些积极的作用.
