摘 要

本设计的题目为年生产5万吨涂布白纸板制浆造纸综合工厂,重点为日产150

吨涂布白板纸打浆、流送系统工艺设计。本设计以废纸为主要原料,经过碎解、除砂、

脱墨,筛选、打浆、流送、抄纸、干燥等工序抄造涂布白纸板。造纸设备采用日产150吨的四叠网纸机,用电全来自10万千瓦自备热电站,设计内容包括工厂平面设计图绘制,人员的技能条件要求,原料的分类管理,运输管理设计,厂区绿化布局,给水排水规划,污染物的净化和排放,环境保护和综合利用。浆水平衡计算图绘制、设备选型及计算、车间设备平面布置图、工艺流程图绘制。

ABSTRACT

The design of the topic for produced 50,000 tons of coated paper pulp and paper board, comprehensive factory for nissan 150 Tons of coating whitepaperboard beating, Flow System of process design. This design to waste as main raw materials, dsanding, Deinking, screening, beating, flow, paper, dry etc ChaoZao deinking coated paper board. Paper-making equipment adopts nissan 150 tons of paper pulp, Electricity wholly owned 100,000 kilowatts from thermal power plants,design includes mpping plant design, staff skills conditions, the classification of raw materials management, transportation management and design, green plant layout, water supply and drainage planning, decontamination and disposal of pollutants, environmental protection and comprehensive utilization of water balance calculation drawing and equipment selection and calculation, workshop equipment layout, process flow diagram. key words:Pulp and papermaking,beating, coated paper board, workshop
