黄山炎黄度假酒店给排水设计

摘 要

本项目黄山炎黄度假酒店,工程总建筑面积为1.50万平方米,共10层。建筑总高度为37.7米,系二类高层公共建筑。主要由生活冷热给水系统、消防系统、室内排水系统等部分组成。其中,本工程因为暂不考虑市政给水,故全部采用水箱变频加压供水系统;热水系统选择集中的锅炉房和热交换间制备,集中供应。采用上行下给同程设计,与给水管线一致。建筑内部生活污水采用污废合流制排出;室内消防设计按二类高层建筑设计,自喷采用面积作用法计算,按中危险I级设计;消防给水系统的主要设计有:消火栓给水分区、选择消防给水管道管材及管径,设计消火栓箱、湿式自动报警阀、自喷喷头、选择消火栓泵及喷洒泵等;屋面雨水采用内排水方式。
