高速公路收费站尾气污染评价系统设计

——评价方法编程与评价案例分析

摘 要

汽车尾气对大气的污染已经成为主要公害,直接危害人类的健康,也破坏着自然界的生态平衡,引起了各国的重视。高速公路收费站尾气污染的评价对工程建设和已有收费站的环境评价有着重要的意义,设计一个可视化的评价系统对高速公路收费站的工程建设及其已有收费站的环境评价有较大的实用价值。

本文以高速公路收费站为研究对象,讨论了CO、NOx、VOC排放量的计算方法。首先分析了车辆尾气污染评价方法的国内外研究现状,就目前应用较为广泛的美国和欧洲的几种模型做了简要介绍和对比。参考COPERTⅢ模型中的车辆分类方法和计算公式,得到小客车、大客车、轻型货车、重型货车四种类型车辆在不同行驶速度下的CO、NOx、VOC排放量计算公式。运用Visual Studio 2010平台开发出一个可视化的评价系统,计算出建立收费站前与建立收费站后的排放数据,并将两项数据进行对比,得到高速公路收费站尾气污染评价数据。本文还以京珠高速珠海收费站为例进行了尾气污染评价。

ABSTRACT

Automobile exhaust pollution of the atmosphere has become a major nuisance, endanger human health directly, but also destroy the ecological balance of nature, has attracted national attention. Exhaust pollution, highway toll station construction and evaluation of toll station of the environmental assessment has been of great significance to design a visual evaluation system for highway toll station construction and the environmental assessment has been a toll station Great practical value.

In this paper, highway toll station for the study, discussed the CO, NOx, VOC emissions calculation. First analyzes the evaluation method of vehicle exhaust pollution research status at home and abroad, is widely used on the current model of the United States and Europe COPERT MOBILE model gives a brief introduction and comparison. Reference COPERT Ⅲ model vehicle classification methods and formulas, are small passenger cars, buses, light goods vehicles, heavy goods vehicles are four types of vehicles traveling at different speeds of CO, NOx, VOC emissions formula. Platform using Visual Studio 2010 to develop a visual evaluation system, calculated to establish toll booths before and after the establishment of emission data, and compare the two data obtained highway toll station exhaust pollution assessment data. This article also in Zhuhai, Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway toll station as an example to exhaust pollution assessment.
