摘要：南宋都城临安，在杭州、在中国、在世界的城市发展史上，均具有重大而深远的影响。这段历史，而今也已成为文化名城杭州珍贵文化遗产，如南宋皇城、南宋太庙、南宋御街、南宋官窑等遗址，都是南宋文化的最重要标志。这些保存的遗址与文化，也是杭州城市历史上的里程碑。对于这些祖先留下的文化精品，如何好好保护与利用是一个大问题。本文就将通过对南宋皇城历史的研究及其遗址的现状了解，同时把保护和开发利用南宋皇城遗址放到建设杭州历史文化名城的宏观背景中，遵循历史文化遗产保护和利用的原则，并分析其他地区历史文化遗产保护与利用的案例，探讨南宋皇城遗址综合保护与利用的方式和出路，运用相关经济学和管理学知识探求南宋皇城遗址保护与利用的开发模式和管理模式，着重在南宋皇城遗址形象定位的基础上探索开发模式+运营模式结合的模式化开发管理。

A STUDY ON THE INTEGRATED PROTECTION AND UTILIZATION OF THE OLD IMPERIAL CITY HERITAGE SITE OF THE SOUTHERN SONG DYNASTY
ABSTRACT: the Southern Song capital of Lin An, have significant and far-reaching impact, not only in Hang Zhou, in China but the history of city development in the world .This period of history has become a cultural city of Hang Zhou precious cultural heritage, such as the Southern Song Dynasty Imperial City ,the Southern Song Dynasty Imperial Ancestral Temple, the Southern Song Dynasty Imperial Street ,the Southern Song Dynasty kiln, are the most important sign of the Southern Song Dynasty culture. These sites and cultural preservation is also a milestone of the history of Hang Zhou City. For these ancestor’s cultural works, how to properly protect and use is a big problem. This will be through the history of the Southern Song Dynasty Imperial City and its understanding of the status of the site, and putting the protection and exploitation of the Southern Song Dynasty Imperial into the macro context which the construction of historical and cultural city of Hang Zhou, following the principle of protection and use of the historical and cultural heritage. And analyze historical and cultural heritage protection of other areas to use the case to explore the methods and ways out of the comprehensive protection and utilization of the Southern Song Dynasty Imperial site, using relevant knowledge of economics and management science to explore the development model and management model of the protection and utilization of the Southern Song Dynasty Imperial site .Focus on the combined model of explore model + development and management model based on the image of the Southern Song Imperial site.
