我国物业管理模式初探

摘要   

本文主要是针对这一环境和物业的发展模式,浅谈一下自己对物业模式的初步看法。论文的内容主要涉及国内现有的各种发展模式。在我国特有的经济政治文化体制下,各类模式对经济发展的作用,并针对一个具体情况分析各企业现有的经营状况,从而谈谈适合我国目前经济发展的最有利模式.同时还涉及了英国,美国,日本等国优秀的物业管理模式,借鉴适合我国国情的物业管理模式。本论文首先在第一章简述了一下物业管理的兴起及基本的发展情况,其中包括国外的和我国的发展概况及特点。本章取了中国的不同地区的物业管理情况进行对比,充分的说明了我国物业管理的发展的不平衡。接下来在第二章我详细的介绍了物业管理的现有发展模式及各自的优缺点。在这一章我也采取了两部分的写法。我首先从我国物业管理出发,介绍了我国现有物业管理的几种模式,在介绍外国优秀的物业管理模式,分别有英国.美国.日本.新加坡。结合上边的各种情况在论文的结尾主要谈了一下我国物业管理的发展模式。

ABSTRACT

This text to environment and development model of property this mainly, shallow to discuss between oneself and preliminary view , property of mode. The content of the thesis involves domestic various kinds of existing development model mainly. Under the peculiar political cultural system of economy in our country, all kinds of function on economic development of mode, direct against the existing management state of every enterprise of a concrete conditions analysis, thus it suits the most favorable mode of economic development at present in our country to have a talk. Also involved Britain, such country‘s outstanding property management modes as U.S.A. , Japan ,etc. at the same time , draw lessons from the property management mode of suiting our country’s national conditions. This thesis sketches rise of the estate management and basic development in chapter one at first, including the development overview and characteristic of foreign countries and our country. Chapter this fetch different property administrative situation of district of China carry on the contrast, disequilibrium of development of the abundant estate management of our country of explanation. And then the existing development model in my detailed introduction estate management of chapter two and one‘s own pluses and minuses. I adopt two literary style of part too in chapter this. I proceed from estate management of our country at first, have introduced several kinds of modes of the existing estate management of our country, in foreign country’s outstanding property management mode of the introduction , there is Britain separately. U.S.A.. Japan. Singapore. Combine above various kinds of situation ending in thesis discuss of our country development model of estate management mainly.
