缓冲包装材料性能试验研究

摘 要:在现代社会中,几乎没有不包装的商品,包装产品渗透到社会生活的各个方面。一个国家的包装技术水平,在很大程度上,可以体现该国家的政治、经济和科学技术水平,它是人类进步和文明的重要标志之一。我国的包装工业,随着商品经济的发展,近十年来有了很大发展。一个完整的包转工业体系赈灾逐渐形成,但是,与工业发达国家相比,我国的包装技术水平还存在很大差距。所以对缓冲包装材料性能的实验研究对我国包装行业具有很大的现实意义。

本文开展缓冲包装材料的性能静态压缩试验和动态压缩试验研究。针对EPS、瓦楞纸板缓冲材料和纸浆模塑缓冲材料开展纵向(三类不同材料在同一厚度、同一面积下)的性能和横向(同种材料在不同规格下)的性能对比试验研究。通过试验得到聚苯乙烯的缓冲性能最好,瓦楞纸板次之,纸浆模塑最差。

Abstract: In modern society, there is almost no non-packaging of goods, packaging products penetrated into all aspects of social life.
