调频加网制版工艺的应用研究

摘 要:本论文阐述了调幅、调频加网技术的历史背景以及发展现状,阐述了两种加网方式的基本原理,剖析了两种加网技术的优势和不足,探讨了调频加网制版工艺在高位彩色、CTP、高保真、专色印刷中的应用,提出了开发一种能够结合调频、调幅加网技术优势的加网方式的可行性。用调频加网技术制作印刷品,测出不同网点面积率,并比较该印刷品CMYK四色版网点扩大的程度,通过与175线调频加网印刷品相关数据的比较,得出调频加网技术有利于图像阶调层次的复制,有利于提高图像清晰度的结论。

Abstract: The paper studies on AM, FM screening technology and the development of their historical background, and analyzes the basic principles of two screening technology, advantages and disadvantages of FM screening technology in high color plate, CTP, Hi-Fi, spot-color printing applications .After exploring study, can be made to develop a combination of FM, AM screening technology advantages of the feasibility of screening methods. FM screening technology with the production of printed matter, measuring the rate of dot areas, and compare the expansion of the print outlets, relatively CMYK four-color version of the degree of dot gain and with 175 lpi of data compared with the corresponding conclusions drawn. We can get the conclusion that FM Screening technology is in favor of image-level copy of Tone curve and will help improve the image sharpness.
