末端为羧基的小分子减水剂的合成及性能研究

摘 要:甲氧基聚乙二醇(MPEG)与邻苯二甲酸酐单酯化反应可以用来作小分子减水剂。本文研究了该反应的工艺条件,详细考察了反应时间、温度、MPEG分子量、投料比以及催化剂等因素对反应酯化率的影响,通过红外表征了酯化产物的结构,对反应结果进行了正交分析,计算了反应活化能,初步研究了酯化产物作为小分子减水剂在水泥中的应用效果。

Synthesis and Performance of Small Water-Reducing Agent with Carboxyic End Group

Abstract: Esterification from methoxy polyethylene glycol(MPEG) and o-phthalic anhydride were used to small water-reducing agent.The reaction coditions of esterification were studied in this article. The effects of time, temperature, molecular weight of MPEG and feed ratio on the esterificat rate of methoxy polyethylene glycol and o-phthalic anhydride were investigated in detail, and then the optimum reaction condition was determine . The struture of products was characterizated by IR, and orthogonal analysis the result of esterification, Calculate activation energy , meanwhile the application of esterificate products as small water-reducing agent was explored.
