丁醚脲一脲的制备工艺

摘 要:丁醚脲是一种新型硫脲杀虫,杀螨剂。丁醚脲对菜青虫、小绿叶蝉等多种害虫、害螨均有较好的防治效果。丁醚脲-脲是杀虫剂丁醚脲中的一种杂质。为了更好的的检测出丁醚脲中的丁醚脲-脲,制备高纯度的丁醚脲-脲作为参照物。本论文以2,6-二异丙基苯胺为原料,与溴反应制备4-溴-2,6-二异丙基苯胺;在氢氧化钾和氯化亚铜的作用下4-溴-2,6-二异丙基苯胺再与苯氧基置换得到4-苯氧基-2,6-二异丙基苯胺,利用减压蒸馏提纯4-苯氧基-2,6-二异丙基苯胺;将提纯的4-苯氧基-2,6-二异丙基苯胺依次与固体光气和叔丁胺反应生成N-叔丁基-N’-(2,6-二异丙基苯基-4’-苯氧基)尿素,即丁醚脲-脲,纯度为99.43%。

Abstract: Diafenthiuron was one new thiourea insecticide and miticide. Diafenthiuron can control and kill Pieris rapae, leafhopper and other pests, mites. Diafenthiuron-urea was an impurity in the preparation of Diafenthiuron. In order to detect Diafenthiuronur-ea in Diafenthiuron better. Prepared high-purity Diafenthiuron-urea as a reference. In this article, Diafenthiuron-urea was synthesized from 2,6–Diisopropylaniline. Prepared 4-bromo-2,6-Diisopropylaniline with bromine; 4-bromo-2,6-Diisopropylaniline was converted to 4-phenol-2,6–Diisopropylaniline by treatment with phenol, cuprous chloride and potassium hydroxide in xylene, and got the pure 4-phenol-2,6–Diisopropylaniline through vacuum distillation; Under the action of triphosgene and tert-butylamine, the pure 4-phenol-2,6–Diisopropylaniline can converted to N-tert-butyl-N’-(2,6-diisopropylphenyl- 4’-phenoxy) urea, also called Diafenthiuron–urea,a purity of 99.4%.
