基于图像识别的精密露点仪硬件设计

摘 要

精密露点仪是工业生产和实验室中一种重要的湿度测量仪表。目前露点仪的检露方法普遍采用光电检测的方法,但是这种方法不能识别镜面上的凝聚相是露点还是霜点,从而引起较大的测量误差。在本设计中,我们采用图像识别技术来解决这个问题。

为了采集露点和霜点图像进行图像识别的系统设计,首先要完成露点仪中露霜检测系统硬件设计。本文对此进行了详细地论述。露霜检测系统硬件在功能上可分为两部分:第一部分由ADV7183解码芯片、EPM7128A型CPLD和CY7C1021 SRAM等器件组成,实现视频图像信号的采集;第二部分由TMS320C6201DSP、CY7C1041 SRAM和SST39VF400A FLASH等器件组成,实现图像处理和识别。

DSP是本系统的核心器件。TMS320C6000是TI公司面向图像处理和通信领域应用推出的新一代产品,用TMS320C6201作实时图像处理,可以提高系统的实时性、实现更加复杂的算法、降低系统的体积和功耗。

HARDWARE DESIGN OF PRECISION DEW-POINT HYGROMETER BASED ON IMAGE RECOGNITION TECHNOLOGY

ABSTRACT

The precision dew-point hygrometer is a kind of important humidity hygrometer. The photoelectric detection method is adopted generally in the dew-point hygrometer at present, but this kind of dew-point hygrometer cannot distinguish whether the condensation photograph on the mirror is dew point or frost point. So measure error must be incurred. In the thesis, we adopted image recognition technology to solve the problem.

Hardware system should be designed for dew-point and frost-point image acquisition before the study of the image recognition system. Hardware design are discussed in details. The hardware system is composed of two parts in function. The first part, which comprises an ADV7183 decoder chip, an EPM7128A CPLD chip and a CY7C1021 SRAM chip mostly, implements the acquisition of the video image signal. The second part, which includes a TMS320C6201 DSP chip, two CY7C1041 SRAM chips, and a SST39VF400A flash chip mostly, Processes the digital image signal.

DSP is the most important chip. TMS320C6000 is specially used in areas of image process and communication produced by TI. Using TMS320C62xx in real-time image processing is significant to improve the real-time quality of the system, reduce the volume and the power exhaustion of the system.
