弯管机电机转速测控系统的研制

摘要

随着社会信息化的发展,在现今的工控行业中,转速的测量控制显得越来越重要。尤其是对于弯管机的电机转速控制要求更是严格,转速过快或过慢都会影响到型材的质量,使管材表面拉裂或起皱,所以只有转速的高精度检测才能得到高精度的控制系统。传统的转速测量方法较多,但都普遍存在测量精度较低、测试过程复杂等缺点。基于这点,本文介绍了旋转编码器的分类和测速原理,并且以旋转编码器结合单片机设计了一种具有转速测量及控制功能的系统。结果表明,该测量仪运行稳定可靠,测量精度较高,完全满足系统要求,其简洁的电路设计和典型的控制方法具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract

With the developing of information society, in today’s industrial sector, rotary speed of measurement and control become increasingly important. Bending machine especially for the motor speed control is strict, too fast or too slow speed will affect the quality of profiles, so that pipe rupture or wrinkling the surface, so only the high-precision detection speed can be high-precision control system.There are many traditional methods of speed measurement, they are the lower measurement accuracy and prevalent, such as the shortcomings of the complexity of the testing process. For this reason, this article describes the classification of rotary encoder,velocimetry principle and rotary encoder to design a single-chip combination of a speed measurement and control systems.The results show that the measurement is stable, reliable operation,it has high measurement precision, fill the requirements of the system fully. Its simple circuit design and typical circuit control method has a certain reference value.
