摘 要

本文通过对回转式空气预热器漏风率偏大的形成原因及影响因素进行分析,提出了技术改造方案,通过实施,大幅度地降低了回转式空气预热器的漏风率,改善了空气预热器的换热和流通阻力性能,提高了锅炉及机组运行的经济性。

本文首先介绍了空气预热器工作原理及密封机理,针对辛店电厂#6炉空预器存在漏风严重的实际问题进行了分析,找出了空气预热器漏风的形成及影响因素,通过对国内外目前常见的多种改造方案的研究比较分析,结合辛店电厂#6炉实际运行情况和#6炉空预器自身运行状况,对设备运行情况进行了跟踪、记录、分析,检查、试验及研究,找到了问题的关键,并针对企业的具体情况提出改造方案,设计、制定了48分仓双密封方案。论文详细叙述了空气预热器密封具体改造方案的实施过程;并对空气预热器改造的效果进行了分析;对改造后的空气预热器自身及锅炉的影响也进行了分析。

空气预热器改造完成后,在机组带满负荷运行24小时后进行热态调整,使空预器的各部分膨胀量都达到最大时密封间距最小,且通过空预器的漏风试验可以看到,改造后的空预器漏风率明显下降,煤耗、一次风机、二次风机和引风机电耗及Q4损失相应降低,锅炉烟风系统裕量增加,特别是一次风机调节幅度明显好转,密封片等备件使用寿命提高,检修费用和维护工作量降低,锅炉效率和机组运行经济性提高较为明显,锅炉运行的安全性有了保障。本次改造取得了良好的效果,解决了企业存在的问题,并且达到了节能降耗的目的。同时作者对企业今后在运行过程中应注意的问题提出了建议。

Title: Air Preheater transformation And Problems In Operation

Abstract

In this article, a technical reconstruction plan is proposed through analyzing the reason of high air leakage ratio of regenerative air heater. After carrying out the plan air leakage ratio is greatly reduced, performance of heat transferring, flow resistance and the economy of boiler and unit operating are all improved.

I the beginning of this article,I introduce the circle of regenerative air heater ,I view of reaches the xindian power plant #6stove spatial,pre-existance the artual problem,,and analys the reasons and generation of air leakage of air heater ,through to domestic and foreign present common many kingds of transformations plan research analysis,the union reachers the xindian power plant #6stove actual moment situation and the #6stove spatial own movement condition,and through the union to the equipment movement situation track,the record,the analysis and the equipment check,the experiment,the analysis,had found the question In the same time ,we construct the reform plan,design and make out the cell conluding 48 parts .This article tells the reform plans and operation of seal about regenerative air heater.Then,we analy the conclusion about the reform of air heater .Ofcourse,we also analy the inflects between the reformed air heater itself and the boiler.

After the transformation completes, moves for 24 hours after the unit belt full load to carry on the thermal state adjustment, enables the spatial pre- each part of inflations quantity all to achieve biggest when seals the spacing to be smallest, also may see through the spatial air leakage experiment, after the transformation is spatial air leakage rate obviously drops, the coal consumption, an air blower, two air blowers and the drawing fan electricity consumes and Q4 loses correspondingly reduces, Boiler smoke wind system increase, specially an air blower adjustment scope obvious change for the better, spare parts service life and so on seal piece enhances, the overhaul expense and the maintenance work load reduce, the efficiency of boiler and the unit movement efficiency enhance obviously, the boiler movement security had the safeguard.we get prefect banifit from the reforming ,revole the problems resistance in company and reach the goal of saving energe.At the same time ,the writer gives the advice for problems that company should be care for in the future.
