论文题目：循环流化床锅炉运行中存在的问题分析与调整
摘 要
循环流化床锅炉具有高效、低污染、低成本等特点，但纵观我国循环流化床锅炉的运行情况，其故障率高、运行周期短的问题已成为普遍现象。主要表现在给煤系统故障、排渣故障、风室漏料等。
本文以青岛热电集团有限公司两台220t/h 循环流化床锅炉为研究对象，针对其运行过程中出现的突出问题，基于其技术特点，改进了燃烧器的结构设计，探讨了煤仓煤棚问题、给煤机烧损问题，分析了风室漏床料和布风板布风不均匀现象，最后排查了循环流化床锅炉的测点分布。对循环流化床锅炉的环保优势、技术特点、进行分析，对循环流化床锅炉运行中常见的问题进行分析并找出应对措施。

ABSTRACT

The Qingdao Power Group Limited company two 220t / h circulating fluidized bed boiler operation condition, in the access to a large number of Chinese and foreign science and technology literature data base, in circulating fluidized bed boiler environmental advantages, technical characteristic, carries on the analysis, on operation of circulating fluidized bed boiler in common problems analysis and find the corresponding measures.
