回收及处理合成革厂生产残留DMF的研究

摘要:N,N一二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)是合成革生产中一种常用有机溶剂,但DMF具有一定的毒性,难生物降解。综述了回收及处理合成革厂废水中DMF的方法,包括蒸馏、吸附、萃取、生物降解、碱性水解等,分析了各种方法的优缺点。针对目前合成革生产企业配料间废树脂料桶的无序管理和污染物的无组织排放,通过对污染物排放量的分析,对废树脂料桶的环境管理及DMF回收作了一些探索性的工作。认为通过科学有效的管理,可对树脂料桶的DMF和树脂皮进行有效回收处理,分析了回收带来的经济效益。并展望了合成革厂DMF废水回收及处理工业化应用的研究方向。

Recovery and disposal Synthetic Leather Plant residue of DMF
