木粉含量对PVC/木粉复合材料性能的影响

摘要:木塑复合材料具有比单独的木质材料或塑料产品更优异的性质,是木材理想的替代品,它的出现可减少废弃木材和塑料对城市环境的污染,也适应现代材料复合化发展的规律[1]。而聚氯乙烯/木粉复合材料是在聚氯乙烯塑料原料中添加30-50%的木质纤维填料(木粉)和各种加工助剂如稳定剂、改性剂、润滑剂、偶联剂等,利用挤出、注塑或模压成型的方法制备成木塑板材。其关键技术是保证木质物料较高的填充量,以达到制品有较低的生产成本和较高的使用性能。本文主要是通过模压成型的方法对聚氯乙烯/木粉木塑复合材料进行了研究,分析了木粉的不同填充量对复合材料吸水性能、硬度、拉伸强度及断裂伸长率的影响。由实验结果可知:当木粉含量为40份时,复合材料的综合性能较好。

Wood flour content on the PVC / wood flour composite materials impact

Abstract:Wood-plastic composite materials are more separate wood or plastic products superior nature, is an ideal substitute for wood, it can reduce the appearance of scrap wood and plastic pollution of the urban environment, but also adapt to modern composite materials of the development of the law. And PVC / wood flour composite material is added to 30-50% of the wood fiber filler (wood powder) and various processing aids in the PVC plastic materials such as stabilizing agent, modifiers, lubricants, coupling agent, and so on, using extrusion, injection molding or the method of wood-plastic-sheet. The key technology is the guarantee of wood materials high filler content, products have to meet the lower production cost and higher performance. This paper mainly studied the PVC / wood flour composite material by the molding method, analyzed the different wood flour-filled volume of the composite material can be absorbent, hardness, tensile strength and elongation at break of affected. The experimental results indicate that: When the content of wood powder 40, the comprehensive performance of composite material better.
