信息技术在创建学习型学校中的应用

摘 要

创建学习型社会、学习型社区是当前社会较为热门的话语。营造“学习型学校”（learningschool），也成为当前世界各国教育改革的主导理念和行动纲领。随着国际企业管理界的圣经----彼得.圣吉的<<第五项修炼>>的广泛影响和渗透，构建学习型学校，已成为当今时代教师和学校提高竞争力重要武器。然而在二十一世纪的今天，信息技术成为潮流并不断深入，信息技术对组织形态和结构等方面的影响也越来越深刻，如何把信息技术应用到学习型学校的创建中，更是值得我们思考和研究的问题。本课题力图以信息技术引领的数字化学习在创建学习型学校中的应用作一研究与探讨。

ABSTRACT

Create a learning-based society, community-based learning is the more popular social discourse. Create a "learning-based schools" (learning school), has become the world‘s leading education reform ideas and program of action. As the international enterprise management sector of the bible ——Peter Senge’s "The Fifth Discipline " the extensive influence and infiltration, Construction of learning schools, has become the era of teachers and schools to improve the competitiveness of important weapons. However, in the 21st century, information technology becomes a trend and getting deeper, information technology on morphology and structure of the increasingly profound impact, how the application of information technology to learning school building, the more we should think about and study. The issue is trying to lead the information technology of digital learning in schools to create learning of a study and discussion.
