舟山地区中小学网络教学资源的调研分析

摘要

随着当代信息技术向中小学教育的扩展,随着多媒体计算机在教育教学过程中的应用越来越普遍,网络教学资源的使用也越来越普遍。由于网络教学资源其丰富性,表现形式多样性,在线搜索性和交流便利性,使得网络教学受到广大师生的喜爱。然而,网络教学资源存在着资源繁多,课件堆积,条理不清,检索困难,资源失衡等不足之处,还需使用者和政府共同努力,对中小学网络教学资源进行整理,制定标准,并且从网络资源、管理系统、网络用户三方面下手,对中小学网络教学资源进行建设,从而扬长改短,使网络教学资源更好地为大众服务,为教学者(教师)提供最优化的教学手段和方法,为学习者(学生)提供他们所需要的教学内容和他们乐于接受的学习模式。笔者旨在通过对舟山地区中小学网络教学资源的建设进行调研,发现现阶段当地中小学网络教学资源建设存在的问题,分析原因和特点,对症下药,设计解决问题的方案,从而,让中小学网络资源更好地为当地的教育服务。

ABSTRACT

With modern information technology develop to the expansion of primary and secondary education, with the multimedia computer education in the application of teaching process more and more common, the use of online teaching resources are also becoming more common. Because of the richness of online teaching resources, the diversity of expression, online search and the convenience of communication, so many teachers and students all like online teaching. But, there are problems in the network teaching resources, such as Excessive of resources, courseware accumulation,coherent confusion , hard to search, resources imbalance and other deficiencies, as which users and governments need to work together in on online teaching resources for primary and secondary to make them in order, standard, and start with from network resources, management systems, network users these three aspects to build primary and secondary teaching resources ,thus develop advantages ,avoid weakness and make the online teaching resources better to serve the public, provide the educators (teachers) the most optimal means of teaching and methods, provide the learners (students) educational content they need, and they were happy with the learning mode. The author aims to find problems in the current teaching resources of local primary and secondary network analyze the causes and characteristics,design it to solve the problem and to make primary and secondary network resources serve the local education service much better.
