摘要：工业基地位于岱东镇南部，高宫线、合兴路、板黄线以及镇域镇区用地边界围成的区域。规划区用地被环岛北线划分为南北两个区块。基地周围延高宫线以及镇区边界有部分民房，内部地势平坦。规划范围面积58.61公顷（879.15亩）。
遵循产业发展的内在客观规律，运用先进的规划理念和方法，科学、合理地规划岱东工业基地。

Abstract Abstract: The industrial base in the southern Dai Dong-jin, a high-Palace, a Hing Road, board yellow line and the border town of domain township land surrounded the area.
