桂花香料提取工艺的研究

摘 要:桂花属于木犀科、木犀属植物,不仅有许多食用价值和药用价值,而且还被广范用于化工等行业。桂花精油为深黄色或棕色蜡状半固体,具有甜清花香,能净化空气,有散寒祛风湿, 疗牙痛,咳嗽,美容美白肌肤,排解体内毒素及通便等功效。本论文通过研究超临CO2流体P-V-T原理、相平衡原理与模型的探讨和计算,得出超临界CO2萃取在香料萃取及桂花香料萃取中的优越性。课题还通过石油醚回流浸提及正交试验探讨了从银桂中提取桂花精油的最佳工艺条件。回流温度:75℃,回流时间:80分钟,桂花与石油醚体积比:1:2,精油含量:1.5%。

The Study on the Technology of Extracting

Osmanthus Fragrance Spice

Abstract: Osmanthus, belong to Oleaceae Osmanthus, which extracts not only has many edible and medicinal value, but also wide used in chemical industry. Osmanthus Essential oil is a kind of wax for deep yellow or brown semi-solid, with clear sweet floral, slightly sweet and clear sense, having effectiveness such as cold-dispelling rheumatism, toothache, cough, skin whitening beauty, troubleshooting, and purge toxins from the body. This article, back through the discussion and calculating of the supercritical CO2 P-V-T principles,the phase equilibrium and the models,coming to the superiority of extracting spices and the advantages of extracting Osmanthus fragrans. And the study back through the petroleum ether extraction reflowing and orthogonal test of extracting from the Osmanthus fragrans,extract the optimum conditions. Temperature of extraction 75℃,extracting time 80min,Osmanthus and petroleum ether volume ratio 1:2,Total extract content 1.5%.
