城市中水综合利用工程中高效异养硝化菌的筛选

摘 要:目前水资源问题越趋严重,而将城市中水综合利用是缓解水资源紧张的有效途径,妨碍中水循环利用的主要问题之一是氨氮超标,因此如何将城市污水处理厂出水进行深度脱氮成为研究的热点。传统的硝化菌多数是自养型的,在工程应用上存在缺陷。为获得更具工程应用价值的异养硝化菌,对来自西密湖底污泥中的异养硝化菌进行富集、筛选及分离纯化。实验分离得到2株菌种,通过纳氏分光光度法测定样品中的氨氮和N-(1-萘基)-乙二胺光度法测定亚硝基氮的浓度来鉴定其硝化能力,并做了温度对其硝化速率的影响,结果表明在温度为25-30℃时,硝化速率达到最大。

There are two strains isolated from experiment By degrees spectrophotometry samples of ammonia nitrogen and N - (1 - naphthalene) - ethylenediamine spectrophotometric determination and concentration of nitrogen nitro identifying its nitrification ability. And the temperature of the influence of nitration rate, the results indicate that the temperature of 25-30 ° c, the maximum rate of nitration.
