论文摘要
本文首先从介绍概念开始，对高技术、高技术园区和人文、人文因素、人文环境进行了确切的定义分析。在此基础上，阐述了目前国内外高技术园区发展过程中存在的现实问题，重点比较了国外的美国"硅谷"取得成功和波士顿128公路地区出现衰落的现状,以及国内的北京中关村科技园区和台湾新竹科学工业园的成功经验和困扰其进一步发展的人文环境因素，并从文化传统和价值观念两个方面分析了其中深刻的原因。后，在马克思主义哲学的指导下，运用科学、技术与社会（STS）的观点，从深层的人文环境与现实的企业文化建设两个角度，对建设高技术园区的人文环境提出了发展目标和具体对策，并通过比较中外两种不同的人文环境模式，演绎建构出了高技术园区的创新的人文环境模式。 The paper begins with the introduction of conceptions and gives the clear definitions andanalyses of High Technology,Science Park，humanity, humanity factor, and humanitycircumstance．on the basis，it expounds the practical problems in the current developmentalprocess of Science Park at home and abroad.It mainly compares the success of Silicon Valleywith the decline of Route 128 in USA，and inquires into the successful experiences and thequestions puzzled them in domestic Beijing Zhongguancun Science park and Taiwan XinzhuScience Park from the angle of the humanity circumstance factors，and futher analyses theirprofound reasons from two aspects of culture tradition and value outlook．In the end，under theguidance of Marxist Philosophy, wielding the Viewpoint of Science,Technology and Society（STS），it brings forward the development target and specific countermeasures on the constructionof humanity circumstance of Science Park from the two viewpoints of deep-seated humanitycircumstance and practical enterprise culture construction. Moreover,it deducts and establishesan innovatory pattern of humanity circumstance of Science Park by comparing two differentpattern of humanity circumstances at home and abroad．
