摘 要

根据对河北省唐山市马兰庄铁矿矿石性质的研究结果以及对类似选厂的考察,设计马兰庄铁矿选矿厂。该设计为一次建厂,建厂规模为年处理量60万吨原矿石,根据地形考察报告设计为依山坡建厂,破碎位于同一等高线,主厂房依山坡地势而建。矿石为中等硬度,原矿最大粒度为500mm,含水量为2%,含泥量小于1%。采矿废石混入10%。密度3.26吨/立方米,松散度1.5。采用三段一闭路破碎流程。为了达到更好的选矿效果,采用阶段磨矿阶段选别的流程。原矿品位30%,经过四次磁选后精矿品位可达到66%,回收率为85%,产率为38.64%。总投资为3430.76万元,预计投资回收期为0.22年。
