摘 要

本文通过发耳发电厂4台600MW火电机组长期燃烧高硫高灰劣质煤的相关经验,进一步研究锅炉燃烧相关劣质煤种的稳定燃烧调节技术。对于易结焦积灰煤种主要采用较小假想切圆直径、提高一次风粉气流刚性、较小的煤粉细度技术;对于高硫低发热量低挥发分煤种主要从一次风速合理控制、一二次风速交汇点选择、各层二次风的合理分配、投油时机选择技术等方面进行了理论联系实际的深入剖析。对于燃烧同类煤种的火力发电机组的稳定运行和提高机组的经济性方面具有较强的借鉴指导意义。

Title: 600MW generating units of inferior coal combustion stability regulation technology

ABSTRACT

This paper introduces the experience of burning high sulfur and high ash coal in Fa’er 4× 600MW power plant,and research inferior coal combustion stability control technology。When burning the coal that easy coking ,the main method is to use smaller imaginary circle diameter,improving the stiffness of primary air and coal mixture,select small fineness of pulverized coal;When burning the coal with high sulfur,low heat value and low volatile matter,mainly from the controling of primary air speed,choosing the intersection of primary air and secondary air, reasonabler distribution of secondary air,choosing the opportunity of inputing fuel oil。It is very meaningful to thermal power plant that burning the same type of coal。
