论清代云南的邮驿制度
摘要
邮驿，是古代政府为传递文书、接待使客、转运物资而设立的通信和交通组织。在没有火车、汽车、飞机、电话、网络的时代，人们要传递信息、物品，只能靠人奔走相告，老百姓靠的是亲朋好友或是通过客栈，请南来北往的客商代为传递，而官方的公文、公物、情报、信息的传递，就是通过驿站。驿站也称邮驿，“邮”即传递信函，也称为“递”或“传”，“驿”是为传递者提供服务的地方，负责提供各种交通工具和通信工具。清代把“邮”和“驿”融为一体，形成特殊的邮驿制度。清代邮驿是中国古代邮驿发展史上最后的一个阶段。入清以来，统治者不遗余力地采取各种措施，完善云南邮驿制度，为清政府内部的运转提供强有力的支持。但是，随着清王朝的没落，尤其是西方近代通讯技术的传入和近代化交通方式的发展，云南传统邮驿已经不能适应社会发展的要求，最终，云南的邮驿制度完成了近代化转型。
清代邮驿对于统一的多民族国家的形成和巩固发挥过重要的作用，而清代邮驿制度在中国近代史和清史研究中却很少有人涉及。本文就主要从清代云南邮驿制度对云南社会各方面所产生的影响和邮驿制度的发展变化受政治、经济、军事等因素的影响这两个方面了来重点描述，以便更清楚地了解邮驿在云南所发挥的作用。

Abstract：Postal routes are the ancient instrument for the transmission，reception of communications and transport organizations．During the time of Qing Dynasty，the official of Yunnan district made great effort to improve the system to made it working efficiently and continuously which gave a great support for the operation of the feudal Qing Empire .However with the decline of Qing Empire，especially the introduction of western ways in modern times and modern communications technology into the development of mode of transportation，the ancient Yunnan post can not keep up with the traditional social development，therefore，Yunnan postal routes completed its recent restructuring．
