论战后日本教育改革及启示

摘要

二战结束后,在美国占领军的监督下,日本进行了历史上的第二次教育改革。这次教育改革是继明治维新后日本进行的又一次全面、彻底的教育改革,它不仅使日本国民的整体素质得到普遍提高。同时,为社会培养出一大批中、高级科技人员,以及适应经济高速发展需要的熟练劳动力,为日本经济起飞,成为世界经济强国奠定了基础。日本重视教育,对正在进行社会主义现代化建设,努力奔“小康”的中国来说,很有借鉴意义。日本政府十分重视坚持优先发展教育事业,不断进行教育体制改革,使之适应经济和社会发展的需要。这对日本普及国民教育、提高国民素质和劳动大军的国际竞争力、加速实现现代化以及实现21世纪全球化战略,都将产生重大影响。中国应当从日本的第二次教育改革中得到很多启示,从中借鉴和吸取有益经验。

Abstract

China should be the second from Japan got a lot of inspiration in the education reform, which draw useful experiences and lessons.
